Drawing from his classical and jazz training, digital affinity, and Chicago's own rich musical history, Dean brings an unprecedented sophistication to his music, composing intricate tracks that offer something elemental to every ear. Dean has produced albums and remixes as the electronica project Bounte, popular internationally and licensed on MTV and other commercial media. He utilized his production methods and web skills to cofound Beatserv, a boutique-style beat production company featuring creative and unique high-end beats at low prices. As an outgrowth of producing for local bands, Dean started the Zen Dozer music label, helping great start-up bands from Chicago and the midwest work towards publishing their music.

Web Designer

Dean is a usability-oriented web designer, most highly valuing clarity and ease-of-use for the end-user. Originally educated as a fine artist, his interest in digital painting and computers led him to a career in digital design. Since the mid-nineties, he has worked freelance and fulltime for clients in and out of the music industry including art.com and Blick Art Materials, and has worked with the MediaSpan Group since 2005.
